Xbox 360 get RROD After being flashed with Ixtreme LT

Hi,
The other night I flashed my 360 with DosFlash64 and Jungle Flasher 1.72 using BenQ ixtreme LT on Windows 7 64bit everything went fine and i went to test the system and it played games and Dvds then i tested if it would play Burnt Games and it played my Madden 2010 and MLB 2010. While i was playing MLB2010 it froze up and i had to restart when i restarted i got the RROD so i turned it off and let it sit overnight the next day i turned it on and no RROD then about 30 minutes later Madden 2010 froze up and when i restarted gave me the RROD again. Eversince then all i get is the RROD. Anyone have any idea what might have happened? And any ideas on how to fix? Don;t really want to have to do the XCLAMP Fix if i don't have too.

it just sounds like a coincidence that your xbox has rrod'd at the time you flashed it, you could try the xclamp fix or if when you flashed it you took the time to open the case carefully then you could send it off for repair

Then Tonight i flashed a brand new BenQ and when i went to test it the screen said "If You Would Like to play this Game please put it in an XBOX 360 Colsole" so i went back and erased and reflashed the drive again still got the same message. Any Ideas? Also is there a way to tell which drive goes to which system like a corasponding s/n or somthing because i have 3 xbox360 and i forgot to mark which drive goes where it's either lite-on or BenQ.

that message means your probably flashing with an incorrect drive key, flash it back to original firmware and see if it still plays originals, if it doesnt your pretty much screwed because you wont have a valid original drive key, if this is the case the only option is jtag but thats only if you have the older kernel. The only way to keep your firmware organised is to put them in folders with named with the xbox serial number that they came out of

Well i fixed the RROD on my flashed system. Had to drill out 4 hles in my case and then reapplied Thermal Paste and did the Xclamp fix but instead of just using the 4 screws i used the 4 screws and a Plastic plate to prevent the MB from expanding when it gets hot. So far so good turned the 360 on and it's working and reading my backups.

you will find that 99% of old consoles will get either the RROD or the E74.

If it is still under warranty with a undamaged warranry seal then just send it in for a free repair.

I've got 4 systems with the RROD not 1 with a good Seal so i can't send them in Sad

99% of RROD come from the GPU so i'm going to reapply Thermal Paste to them and see if that works.

Is there a Tut on how to extract the 7xxxx series Lite-on drives DVD Key without Soldering I have a Connectivity Kit with USB Probe. Because i have 7 Systems that need a new Liteon drive I recieved 7 new Lite-on Drives last week and now need to extract the Keys. I also have 1 Lite-on system that has the Open Tray Error any Ideas on how to fix that??

Well the flashed system i thought i had fixed just went RROD again will try and fix it again. Sad
