Rookie 360 flasher...help with SATA card?

Alright, so I modded my original xbox back in the day to mess around with making Halo maps, and I haven't tried to modify a system since. I bought a new computer a few years ago, but it doesn't have a SATA card, which the tutorials say that I need.

I haven't opened my 360 yet, but I know I have a Hitachi drive. Are any of these SATA cards usable for flashing my 360?

If I need to be more specific, I'll open up my 360 and find the exact drive.

Also, aside from the card, I'm assuming I need some kind of cables to hook up my 360 to my computer, and some sort of cable to power the 360. Can somebody tell me the name of them?

I read about that in the FAQ, I was wondering if any of those from Best Buy would do.

What about cables and all that good stuff?
