Policy Objectives
Our Canadian resale partners invest significant resources into marketing, staff training, and consumer support. To protect dealer margins and safeguard our brand reputation across all Canadian provinces and territories, 360mods unilaterally establishes minimum advertised pricing for all current generation hardware SKUs.
Application & Pricing Standards
- All advertisements in Canadian dollars (CAD) across digital storefronts, flyers, email blasts, and third-party platforms must not advertise pricing below the official Canadian Price Grid.
- Bundling promotions with third-party accessories must maintain the full advertised value of the covered 360mods product.
- Free shipping and storewide loyalty points remain permissible under this policy provided they apply equally to all inventory.
Compliance Verification
360mods monitors Canadian retail pricing independently. Non-compliant dealers will receive notice of policy enforcement and may face immediate cancellation of distribution agreements and hardware allocation.
