This Authorized Reseller Policy ("Policy") is issued by 360mods, Inc. and its hardware affiliates ("360mods") and applies to all authorized retailers, commercial dealers, and value-added distributors in the United States and international markets selling official 360mods hardware products, Tile finders, and companion accessories (the "Products").
1. Authorized Channels and Sales Locations
Resellers are authorized to sell Products solely to end-user consumers for personal or internal business use. Resellers may not sell Products in bulk or for resale to other commercial redistributors, drop-shippers, or unauthorized auction channels (including unapproved third-party online marketplaces such as eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or unauthorized Amazon storefronts) without express prior written approval from 360mods.
2. Brand Presentation & Quality Controls
Authorized resellers must represent 360mods Products in a professional manner that preserves brand equity, packaging integrity, and customer satisfaction:
- Products must be sold in original, unopened manufacturer packaging with all serial numbers, UPC barcodes, and tamper-evident seals intact.
- Resellers must maintain clean, climate-controlled storage facilities to prevent hardware degradation.
- Resellers must clearly disclose product specifications, battery longevity, and compatibility requirements (such as Bluetooth LE and iOS/Android app support).
3. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Compliance
Resellers are required to strictly adhere to the Unilateral Price Policy (UPP) established by 360mods. Advertising Products below the published Minimum Advertised Price across print, digital display, search advertisements, or shopping aggregators constitutes a material violation of this Policy.
4. Warranty & Customer Support
Customers purchasing from authorized resellers receive 360mods's 1-Year Limited Hardware Warranty and access to 24/7 customer care. Products acquired from unauthorized channels or liquidators are not covered by our standard manufacturer warranty.
