This Hardware Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights regarding 360mods-branded hardware products (including Tile Mate, Tile Pro, Tile Slim, Tile Sticker, and Pet Safety collars) purchased directly from 360mods or an authorized retailer.
1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened or gently used hardware in its original packaging within thirty (30) days from the date of physical delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.
2. One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
360mods warrants that the hardware components will be free from material defects in engineering, manufacturing, and assembly under standard consumer usage for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase.
For active subscribers enrolled in 360mods Gold or Platinum membership tiers, the warranty protection is automatically extended to three (3) years with complimentary battery replacement support.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Process
To submit a warranty replacement or return claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support Team with your order receipt and device serial number.
- Once verified, you will receive an RMA Number along with a prepaid digital shipping label.
- Pack the device securely and drop it off with the designated courier.

4. What Is Excluded From Warranty Coverage
This limited warranty does not cover:

- Submersion in liquid beyond the certified IP rating (e.g. Tile Slim/Mate IP67).

For consumers in jurisdictions with statutory consumer guarantees (including Australia, the United Kingdom, and the European Union), our goods come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded under local consumer law.
